Inter CEO Beppe Marotta said he had a ‘great friendship’ with Massimo Cellino, the patron of Brescia, but acknowledged that the Nerazzurri had not spoken about Sandro Tonali to the club.
The Rondinella starlet has been linked to a move to Inter this summer and CEO Marotta has reiterated their aim to strike an international deal for Italy.
He told Gianluca Di Marzio: “It is a young player that Inter wishes to have available to us next year. It’s not just me who loves him but a lot of experts from Italy. We haven’t spoken yet with Brescia, even though the friendship with Cellino is perfect.”
Also, Marotta revealed Inter’s agreement to keep Victor Moses and Alexis Sanchez until the Series A season is over.
He said: “We have decided to make them at least available until the Getafe match in the Europa League. It is unlikely that we will be playing a game like the Europa League and have players who might not be eligible.”
