Chelsea defeated Watford 3-0 in the last game of the Premier League’s 33rd round system Saturday and returned to the fourth position with two more points than Manchester United. Olivier Giroud (28), Willian (43-pen), and Ross Barkley (90 + 2) scored goals for Chelsea.

But a fast turnaround followed, and Manchester United had scored three goals halfway through. First, 18-year-old Mason Greenwood (29) shook the net, then from the penalty spot Marcus Rashford (35), and Anthony Martial (45 + 2) with a beautiful 18-meter shot. As Joshua King narrowed the lead to 2-3 from a penalty in the 49th minute, the visitors momentarily restored confusion.
But hope had been short-lived. Greenwood increased the lead in the 54th minute to 4-2 and Bruno Fernandes scored in the final 5-2 from a free kick in 59th.
Leicester eventually managed to take three points after the corona break and held sixth, after beating Crystal Palace 3-0 at home. Jamie Vardy (77, 90 + 4) scored two goals, and Kelechi Iheanacho (49) scored one.
Brighton took a big step towards survival in the first match of the day by winning 1-0 at the last Norwich and in the 25th minute, the Belgian midfielder Leandro Trossard scored the winning goal.
