At the Juventus offices, it has been an extremely busy day, with five young men completing their moves, two coming in and three leaving the club.
While it is understood that these deals are in advanced stages, the official confirmations will all arrive on Thursday.
First of all, we start with an exchange deal between the Italian champions and Marseille Olympique.
In the following statement, the official club website confirmed the deal:
‘Juventus has reached an agreement with Olympique Marseille for the final acquisition of Marley Aké, a striker born in 2001 who, after 13 appearances with the French side, arrives at Juventus: nine in Ligue 1 and four in the Champions League.
Moving in the other direction is midfielder Franco Tongya, born in 2002. After 11 years at the club, Tongya leaves Juventus, having gone through the youth sector that prompted him to win an Under 15 title and make his Juventus Under 23 jersey debut.
According to the press release, both players were priced at Euros 8 million.
On another note, TuttoMercatoWeb notes that Nicolò Rovella’s contract was legally deposited with the Old Lady.
The 19-year-old midfielder has been permanently signed but will stay on loan with Genoa for the remainder of the season.
The Rossoblu, for their part, have also deposited two players’ contracts going in the opposite direction.
Two Juventus U-23 players – Manolo Portanova and Elia Petrelli – are now officially Genoa players, according to the same report.
Although Portanova, who has appeared on several occasions this season for Andrea Pirlo’s first team, should join Davide Ballardini, Petrelli is expected to be immediately sent on loan to Reggina, who is currently playing in Serie B.
