The Serie A match between Roma and AC Milan was summed up by Roma head coach Paulo Fonseca (1-2).
“We got off to a bad start, mainly because we couldn’t deal with Milan’s high pressing when switching from defense to attack through a pass.”
At the press conference, Fonseca said, “We lost in the first 20 minutes, which is always fraught with problems in a match against an opponent like Milan. After that, we improved, the game became more balanced, and we generated a lot of chances. But the first 20 minutes were a disaster.”
