Athletic Bilbao beat Granada 2-1 in the 26th round of the Spanish football championship, with the winning goal coming in the referee’s compensation.
With a goal by Asier Villalibre in the third minute, the home team took the lead, and it could have been 2-0 in the 71st minute. Raul Garcia, on the other hand, did not score a penalty.
As it seemed that the game would end without a winner in the 78th minute, Jorge Molina equalized, and Alex Berenguer scored 2-1 in the referee’s reward.
Mikel Merino’s goal gave Real Sociedad a 1-0 victory over Levante.
