Pierre-Emile Hojberg and Sergio Reguillon helped Tottenham produce one of the comeback football results of the weekend in the Premier League. After a horrendous first half where they fell behind to a Daniel James goal, the home side was booed off at halftime. This turned to spur them on as they came out a changed side in the second half. Hojberg turned in a Lucas Moura cross in the 58th minute to start the comeback. Eric Dier had his freekick hit the post before it was turned in by Sergio Reguillon to give Antonio Conte his first win.

Tottenham boss Antonio Conte: “We celebrated the win because I think that it was difficult and we knew this.” he added. “I read the stats of Leeds and they were the first to bring high intensity and run. In the first half, we struggled a lot because they played better than us, they won tackles and they led the game. We conceded possession too much.”
Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa: “In the second half, it was difficult for us not to be dominated. The differences that we established in terms of the first half were important, but the differences they established in the second period were also important.”
