As he looks for a new club, Jack Wilshere is training with Championship side Bournemouth.
Since being released by West Ham in October with nine months left on his deal at the London Stadium, the 28-year old has been without a club.
Wilshere, who spent the 2016-17 season on loan with the Cherries, is “keeping up his fitness levels” with them, Bournemouth reports.
If he agrees to a contract and he does not have to wait until the January transfer window opens, former Arsenal and West Ham midfielder Wilshere is free to join his next club.
After leaving West Ham, Wilshere said he “can still contribute at the very top of the game” and that he is “still incredibly hungry, ambitious and desperate for success.”

At Euro 2016, Wilshere won the latest of his 34 England caps. On January 1st, he turns 29.
