In the opening weeks of 2021, former Real Madrid striker Jese Rodriguez may join Turkish club Fenerbahce on a free transfer. Following his release from Paris Saint-Germain last month, the 27-year-old is a free agent, but he initially chose not to join a new club. However, according to Mundo Deportivo sources, Fenerbahce has now reached out to his representatives for the second half of the season over a potential move to the Super Lig.
Following his departure from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in 2016 for the French capital, Jese enjoyed a nomadic career. He has also spent time on loan at Las Palmas, Real Betis, Stoke City, and Sporting Lisbon after struggling to establish himself as a regular at the Parc des Princes.
However, after a series of unconvincing results at each of those clubs, before his release by former head coach Thomas Tuchel, he remained a forgotten man on the books of PSG.
