Liverpool is interested in Kim Min-Jae but according to 90min, Tottenham Hotspur is optimistic that in the summer transfer window the central defender will be brought on.
It has been confirmed that Beijing Sinobo Guoan wants £ 15 million as a transfer fee for Kim but Tottenham has yet to make an offer of over £ 10 million.
The article added that two Spurs offers have already been refused, but the North London outfit is optimistic a deal can be reached with negotiations still going on in the Summer Transfer window.
90min added that Arsenal, Manchester City, and Everton were among the clubs that globally tracked South Korea’s central defender.
Kim is a very strong and talented young central defender who will be either Tottenham or the asset to Liverpool. Spurs certainly need more South Korea international than the Reds do, because Jan Vertonghen looks likely to leave at the end of the season and head coach Jose Mourinho needs a replacement.
But a move to Liverpool will be more tempting for the 23-year-old, as the Reds have just won the Premier League and are heading to places, while Spurs may not even finish in the Europa League spots.
