Sergio Ramos was not included in Real Madrid’s squad for Saturday’s Celta Vigo LaLiga match.
The Madrid captain did not practice on Friday and is dealing with a stomach problem, according to Marca.
In 13 league appearances this season, Ramos, the only unexpected absentee from a 23-man squad, scored twice.
Five clean sheets have been applied to the center-back, averaging 1.1 tackles, 2.8 clearances, 1.5 steals, and 0.3 blocks every 90 minutes.
He just made a single mistake that resulted in a shot, and he got three yellow cards.
In the absence of the talismanic Ramos, Madrid would have to adapt, having won just one of the three previous league matches he missed this term.
The defending champions, however, are unbeaten in the 12th against eighth-placed Celta in the LaLiga.
