Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken about his team’s 2-1 victory over Brighton.

“Playing against Brighton is often tough. We’ve achieved positive success and worked tirelessly to achieve them. And we did it again in the second half,” Solskjaer told BBC.

“Rashford played brilliantly in the goal episode, remaining cool and concentrated. Marcus is putting in a lot of effort on that. Greenwood displayed maturity in his performance. He was one of our most talented players today. He behaved correctly and evenly, and he won his goal.”

“Manchester United has two outstanding goalkeepers and two top-tier goal scorers. David de Gea returned home for a few days before departing for the national team. He hasn’t played in about a month, so he’ll be back soon.”

“I thought we started the game well, but Brighton’s goal knocked us out of practice, so we needed a break to regroup and try again. In the second half, we had some strong stretches. We went more and stronger by giving up more behind the backs.”
