Chelsea forward Willian wants to remain in the English Premier League as he reaches the end of his Stamford Bridge deal and the Brazilian has already declined a move to the Inter Miami side of the Major League Soccer.

The 31-year-old would choose to live in London and Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both keens on him, it is said.

Chelsea still wants to hang on to Willian, although it remains to be seen if the Blues can fulfill his demands for a three-year contract.

The Gunners seem to be competition favorites from news from Brazil.

According to ESPN Brazil host Bruno Vicari, Chelsea is still trying to negotiate to secure the winger, but Arsenal is very confident about their chances of signing him. Spurs manager Jose Mourinho wants to meet Willian but failing to qualify for the Europa League could take a blow to his side’s chances in the race.

If they beat Chelsea in the F.A Cup finals, Arsenal will land a spot in the competition and they’ll have to stop the Brazilian at Wembley to get a chance to win. Playing football in the Champions League will even be an attractive move to the Blues star, and both teams in North London might miss his signature if another suitor who offers the elite European competition comes to the table with a juicy offer.
