Norwich produced their performance of the season in one of the close football scores of the weekend in the Premier League. Michael Keane put the ball into his own net in the 16th home before Adam Idah doubled their lead with his first Premier League goal. Richarlison came on to score with a bicycle goal but could not prevent Everton from losing and ended up costing Raga Benitez his job.

Managers Reaction
Norwich manager Dean Smith: “We always had belief in the dressing room but when you’re losing games and not scoring goals, it can knock the stuffing out of you. I think it’s been unjustified the criticism that we’ve had. I’m certainly proud of the players. I told them it wasn’t a be-all-and-end-all game beforehand but it’s certainly getting that way.”
Everton manager Rafa Benitez: “I have enough experience and I came here to fix issues that, maybe, are coming from five years ago. I have to make sure I analyze these kinds of mistakes we are making and avoid that in the future. Other things are not in my hands. I have to do my job. We’re disappointed because we lost but we must be professional and try to learn not to make these mistakes.”
