FC Goa have completed the signing of Spanish striker Alvaro Vazquez for the 2022-23 Hero Indian Super League season. Vazquez has signed a two-year deal with the club. He started his career with RCD Espanyol in 2005 before making his debut on the senior team in 2009. The striker made his La Liga debut in 2010 before signing for Getafe in 2012. He made his Premier League debut with Swansea when he joined on loan. Vazquez has played in 12 Premier League games in total and more than 150 La Liga games.
