Bayern Munich intends to keep working with midfielder Kingsley Coman.
The term of the 24-year-old Frenchman lasts until the summer of 2023. The Munich club wants the contract to be extended until 2026. Coman, however, has so far turned down Bayern’s bid, according to Kicker.
The parties’ negotiations have been put on hold. Manchester United had previously offered Coman a lucrative contract. The English club was said to be able to pay the winger £260,000 a week.
Coman has three goals and nine assists in 19 Bundesliga games this season.
