Gianluigi Donnarumma, Matteo Gabbia and Jens Petter Hauge were all recovered from Coronavirus.
The Rossoneri face Udinese at the Stadio Friuli on Sunday at noon (12:30 CET kickoff) and got some excellent news on Friday night before the game.
Gabbia had been out with COVID-19 since the beginning of October, while Gigio and Hauge had only acquired the virus at the beginning of the week. However, all of them have now been cleared and checked negative.
“Milan announces that Matteo Gabbia has tested negative for Covid-19 and will undergo medical screening tomorrow before returning to sports activities. Also, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Jens Petter Hauge, who had been asymptomatic, tested negative after further testing.”
Local health authorities have been informed and both players are entitled to return to training, “reads the statement on the Milan website.
