Juventus has purchased the rights to midfielder Weston McKennie from Schalke, according to the club’s official website.
The 22-year-loan old’s agreement included a buyout clause, which has now been activated by the Italian club.
Schalke will get €18.5 million. Juventus will pay this amount over three years. A €6.5 million bonus is also included in the deal for different accomplishments.
The club has extended the player’s deal until June 30, 2025.
This season, the American has appeared in 21 Serie A matches, scoring four goals and assisting on two others.
