Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp referred to a question about the start time of the matches from Manchester United coach Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer.

“I talked with the Premier League leaders. After an away match on Wednesday in the Champions League, no team should play on Saturday at 12:30, ”Klopp told the BBC.

“Sunday is no problem, just not at 12:30 on Saturday. You’re going to wake up and play football. This is a process of recuperation. This condition has to be changed by the EPL. You’ve got to talk about it.

Give the players a few more hours if you want to see good football. We played at 12:30 p.m. following a break in the national team matches. The guys played on Wednesday in Peru. It is not permissible here. Somebody’s got to think about it.”
