Real Madrid is currently interested in Manchester City youngster Liam Delap. This season, the 18-year-old has made three first-team starts, scoring on his debut in an EFL Cup match against Bournemouth. Even though Sergio Aguero will leave the Etihad Stadium this summer, Delap will remain at the bottom of the pecking order.
According to the Daily Star, Real Madrid has been delighted with the teenager’s performance, making him a potential transfer target.
Los Blancos could bring in a new third-choice striker during the next transfer window, assuming they can reduce their wage bill, putting Delap in the picture for a move to the Bernabeu.
The England Under-18 international is under contract until the end of the 2022-23 season.
