Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal received positive results from his medical tests and he should be back in training this week.
The 33-year-old was forced off at half-time against Fiorentina and had medical examinations carried out on Saturday.
Il Corriere Dello Sport reveals that every knee problem has been missed by examinations, and Vidal should be back in training this week.
Vidal will be suspended for the second leg of the Coppa Italia against Juventus tomorrow but will be able to return to training on Wednesday and to prepare for the game against Lazio this weekend.
The midfielder has played in Serie A 19 times since his move from Barcelona last summer.
