With the Series D outfit Folgore Caratese, the son of the Chelsea icon Didier Drogba signed pro-forms.
Isaac Drogba, born in Paris in December 2000, went through the Chelsea academy before transferring to Guingamp, another of his father’s former clubs.
On Monday, Serie D side Folgore Caratese announced his signing via their official website.
“Folgore Catanese announces that he has signed a permanent agreement with Isaac Drogba, Didier’s son,” the statement reads.
Drogba Snr, along with China and the USA, played in France, England and Turkey – but never in Italy.
Didier, his father, spent eight seasons scoring 164 goals in 381 Chelsea appearances.
14 South London awards, including a Champions League campaign in 2011-12, were won by the former Ivory Coast striker.
